Eating too fast can cause bloating and gas. It slows down your digestion process as food has not been chewed properly. Take ideally 20-30 mins to complete your meal with small bites and proper chewing. - Talking too much
When you talk while eating, your windpipe gets open and food may enter the windpipe instead of the food pipe. This may lead to choking. So avoid it. - Complaining about food
Complaining about food has become common nowadays which shouldn’t be. Never curse your food, this gives food negative energy. Always be thankful and appreciate your food however it is. - Overeating
Overeating includes an over intake of calories rather than healthy and energy food. It can affect your sleep, your weight and your organs over the short and long term.
