1 लगातार छोटे छोटे अंतराल में भोजन करते रहे ताकि देर रात भोजन के लिए ज्यादा भूख नहीं लगे। जो लोग दिन में तीन बार या उससे ज्यादा बार भोजन करते है वे अधिकतर देर रात में भोजन नहीं करते है। यदि आप ज्यादा लम्बे अंतराल पर खाएंगे तो निश्चित तौर पर ज्यादा खाएंगे।
